What a wonderful resource! I was doing research when I came across your site. I host a classic R&B; show here in Denver on a public radio station (KUVO 89.3fm, check it out on-line at www.kuvo.org Saturday nights from 7-9pm Mountain Standard Time, US). It's called the R&B; Jukebox and features music from the mid-40's into the early 60's (before motown and the rebirth of soul). I'd love to hear from listeners via the web. Keep up the great work!

I discovered Eva Cassidy's immense talent after listening to a radio spot on our American NPR (National Public radio). I was intrigued why she has become so popular in the U.K. while remaining virtually unknown to most of us here in the States. She truly was a great talent and I'm happy to have been introduced to her, albeit posthumously. She will live forever in her music !
